The broken wall can be replaced on site. Lift out the main shaft components and place them on a solid support platform. Pay attention not to damage the moving cone and spherical surface. At the same time, block all oil holes with cloth to prevent dust and impurities from entering. Remove the distribution plate, locking nut, locking washer and fusible gasket in turn. Weld two lifting lugs on the part 180 ° away from the old plate to lift out the broken wall, When installing a new wall, two lifting lugs can also be welded at the position 180 ° apart, and then installed in the reverse order of disassembly. When completed, cut off the two lifting lugs.
